Here at eFishbox we constantly get comments like “Wow, I can’t believe you actually answer your phone”, “Gee, I didn’t really think you would call back” and “Thanks so much for keeping me up to date”.  Admitted, we have a very small staff and we can’t possibly cover the phone 24/7 YET. But as we grow we will spend more and more on customer service as we know there is currently a huge void there that needs filled.
